ISPU "IAIT" is an international scientific public organization that brings together the intellectual potential of about 900 scientists and specialists to solve pressing problems using innovative and information technologies.

Members of ISPU "IAIT" are academicians, corresponding members of the National Academy of Sciences and organizers in various spheres of human activity. Among them are Laureates of Lenin and State Prizes, Heroes of Labor, honored inventors.

History

The history of the formation and development of the ISPU "IAIT" begins with the creation of the Belarusian branch of the International Academy of Information Processes and Technologies (BB "IAIT"), registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus in Minsk in November 1993. The core of the BB "IAIT" was made up of well-known scientists and specialists of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR, the Belarusian State University, the Military Academy, the Belarusian Agricultural Technical University: Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR - Babosov E.M., Vysotsky M.S., Gerasimovich L.S., Kaputsky F. N., Reshetnikov V.N., Shashkov A.G.; corresponding members of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR - Goransky G.K., Nesterenko V.B., Manshin G.G., Semenkov O.I.; Doctors of Science – Autko A.A., Gane V.A., Grinberg A.S., Malevich I.A., Muravskaya G.V., Rakovich A.G., Rusan V.I., Furunzhiev R.I. and others.

In 1996, IAIT was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus as an independent public association. The governing body of the IAIT is the Presidium of the IAIT, consisting of academicians of the IAIT, doctors of sciences, professors: Manshin G.G. (President of the Academy), V.A. Sychik (Vice-President), Grivachevsky A.G. (Chief Scientific Secretary), Babosov E.M., Vysotsky M.S., Gane V.A., Kureneva V.A., Rusan V.I.

In connection with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 19, 2006 No. 402 by the decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated June 4, 2007 No. 95, the International Academy of Information Technologies was renamed into the International Scientific Public Union "International Academy of Information Technologies" (ISPU "IAIT") with the issuance certificate of state registration of the public association No. 01889, with the preservation of the legal entity, membership, structure, main provisions, goals and objectives of the association ISPU "IAIT".

Representations and collaboration

International Scientific Public Association "IAIT" has regional branches in Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Lithuania, Bulgaria, as well as its representatives in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Latvia, Georgia, USA, Germany, Turkey, Syria, Poland, Romania, Nepal, Lebanon, Austria, China, Canada, Iraq and other countries.

Scientific and technical cooperation with the Belarusian National Technical University, Belarusian Scientific and Industrial Association, Sochi Maritime Institute, "Phoenix" publishing house (Rostov-on-Don). ISPU "IAIT" is the founder of the unitary research and production enterprise "TECHNOSAPR", which is actively working in the field of creation of automated design and control systems for enterprises manufacturing translucent structures and their wide implementation in the Republic of Belarus and abroad.

In 2004, IAIT became an associate member of the UN Department of Public Information. It is actively involved in preparation of various humanitarian projects for the UN. Much work in this part is carried out by the Institute "Inteltech" established by IAIT.

Goals

The activities of ISPU "IAIT" are carried out in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Public Associations" and the Charter of ISPU "IAIT", according to which the organization operates based on the self-government, voluntariness, equality of its members, united on the basis of common interests for the implementation of civil, economic, social and cultural rights.

The purpose of the activities of the ISPU "IAIT" is to unite the efforts and coordinate the work of scientists and specialists from various countries dealing with the problems of modeling information processes, developing promising information technologies and their effective use in management, economics, production, and the social sphere.

Tasks

The main tasks of ISPU "IAIT" are:

  • organizing and conducting of scientific research and applied developments in the field of creating promising information technologies in various areas of management and production, including social and cultural spheres;

  • organizing and carrying out work on forecasting the main directions of development of information processes and technologies in the world community;

  • conducting an independent scientific examination of projects in the field of information technology, developing scientifically based recommendations for their practical application;

  • organizing of advanced training of specialists in the field of information technology in various fields of science, technology, economics, management, production, healthcare, social and cultural spheres;

  • provision of information and reference and information technology services to state, public, private enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Belarus and other countries;

  • publiching of information and reference, advertising, industrial, scientific, popular science and educational literature, specialized newspapers, bulletins and magazines in the field of information processes and technologies;

  • organizing and holding of competitions for the best scientific, technical and applied developments, exhibitions-conferences, schools-seminars.

The solution of these problems is carried out by the members of the ISPU "IAIT" within the framework of the work of the problem-oriented sections. The most successful sections work in the field of instrumentation (prof. Minchenya V.G.), mechanical engineering (prof. Ivashko V.S.), chemical technology (prof. Gorozhdanov A.D.), energy (prof. Rusan V.I.) agro-industrial technologies (prof. Autko A.A.), economics (prof. Kuzmenok V.I.), renewable energy sources (academician Sychik V.A.) and others.

Governing bodies

The supreme body of ISPU "IAIT" is the general meeting of members of ISPU "IAIT", which is convened as needed, but at least once a year. In the period between meetings, the activities of ISPU "IAIT" are managed by the Presidium of ISPU "IAIT".

The results of scientific developments of the scientists of the International Non-Profit Organization ISPU "IAIT" are regularly reviewed at meetings of the Scientific Council of the International Non-Profit Organization ISPU "IAIT" with a scientific and practical examination of projects. The best of them are awarded with honorary awards - diplomas of the International Non-Governmental Organization ISPU "IAIT". This serves as an additional moral incentive for the development of the creative potential of project developers and a worthy assessment of their scientific and practical results.

Another possibility for evaluating these results is to place them in the collection of scientific papers of members of the ISPU "IAIT" "Problems of creating information technologies", which is published regularly 1-2 times a year.

For the examination of scientific projects, their attestation as scientific works and social and scientific attestation of the authors of scientific projects, the Scientific Council and the Attestation Commission have been established. The Scientific Council and the Presidium of the International Non-Profit Organization ISPU "IAIT" an award honorary awards to the authors of the projects of the International Non-Profit Organization ISPU "IAIT", present their members for awards of other organizations and countries, submit the works of their members for the award of scientific degrees of doctors and candidates of science in the field of modern technologies by industry, observing the procedure established by the current legislation.
